This is the view from one of my customers recent purchases in Florida’s
Nature Coast…pretty tough to beat for $265,000…oh…and as for the
house…it’s got 2 levels with 2,700 Sq. Ft. of Living Space (Under Heat &
Air), a canal behind it with a boat lift, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 2

Another Great Hernando Beach Sunset
by Josh on May.24, 2009, under Canal, Florida Living, Gulf of Mexico, Hernando Beach, Hernando Beach Central, Hernando County, Nature and Wildlife, Sunset

Yup – West Coast of Florida…these things are a dime a dozen…but I still love’em!
…and it’s so much easier to watch a sunset over dinner & drinks than it is to wake up early to catch a sunrise on the East Coast, don’t you think?

This was a shot taken from the 3rd floor balcony of one of the homes I’ve sold in Hernando Beach. Imagine sitting out on that balcony with your laptop or a great book and a glass of wine just soaking it in…every day… Million Dollar View, right? Try under $300,000… gotta love Hernando County!

Looking Out Over The Water From Pine Island Beach
by Josh on May.21, 2009, under Florida Living, Gulf of Mexico, Hernando County, Nature and Wildlife, Pine Island Beach

It may not be a huge commercial beach like Clearwater – but there’s a certain something about Pine Island Beach that’s just hard to find elsewhere. Maybe it’s part of why Hernando County is called the Nature Coast…just undeveloped, pristine coastline out into the Gulf of Mexico.

Tropical Beverage – Clearwater, FL
by Josh on May.20, 2009, under Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Day Trips, Florida Living, Gulf of Mexico

Just a quick car ride south from Spring Hill, FL, is the beautiful Clearwater Beach. After swimming in the tranquil blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and lounging on the powder soft white sands…what better way to end the day then a cold, refreshing, tropical beverage on the waterfront patio of Jimmy’s.
Kick back, listen to reggae, and watch the pirate ships go by.

Pine Island Beach – Hidden Gem in Hernando County, FL
by Josh on May.16, 2009, under Day Trips, Florida Living, Gulf of Mexico, Hernando County, Nature and Wildlife, Pine Island Beach

Pine Island Beach in Hernando County makes for an awesome day and only a few minutes away! When the weather is "perfect" (about 80% of the time here) make sure you go early or be prepared to wait – because it’s not a large beach, and fills up quickly! Once parking is full, you can either turn around, or wait for a spot to open up. Lunch at Willy’s Tropical Breeze Cafe is a fantastic way to get away from the work day – even if only for 30 minutes or so.
